Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible to return your item if it is unworn, in original condition and with the original tags.
Hygienic fitting is of course allowed. Labels and tags may not be removed from the item. If you wish to return the item, please make sure not to dirty the item and return it to us in its original condition and factory packaging.
If you no longer have the original box or envelope, you can also use another box provided the return label is clearly visible. Please make sure the package is well packed.
Note: Please contact our customer service before returning the product.
If you cancel your order, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. The purchase price will then be refunded minus the 10% cancellation fee.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item directly. In order to receive the desired item, you can place a new order and return the other item to us free of charge.
If you would like to reorder an item in a different size, but it has since been increased in price, please contact our customer service team.
How can I track my return?
When you hand in your return, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your shipment from the package point to our return center.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a return confirmation email. This email will also include the new account or refund amount.
If you have not received an email from us 1 week after returning your order, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to help you further.
